Real estate has always been a part of my life – for thirteen years, my family relocated across the country during my dad's tenure in the Navy. While this lifestyle has its drawbacks, especially for a child, I actually relished the process of finding a new home each time we moved. This experience afforded me the opportunity to understand first-hand the process of buying and selling a house.
From the age of six, I could point out the pros and cons of a home, and especially loved looking at model homes. When showing new construction properties today, that “new home smell” brings back fond memories of my childhood. I would bounce around in pigtails making suggestions like, “extending the porch,” so I could jump off the deck into an (imaginary) pool in the backyard. Clearly, my career path was predestined.
Although some of my ideas did not always come to fruition, my creativity, energy and perseverance are characteristics I still possess, and which will benefit you as your realtor. My passion derives from anticipating your needs and exceeding your expectations.
As an East Cooper Top Producer, I am in the top 5% of agents in Charleston, but accolades only count for so much. The true measure of success, for me, is when I make my clients smile — that’s real success.
Originally from Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!), I am a homeowner in Mount Pleasant. My dog, Sullivan, is named after our favorite beach.
